 As a top 20 broker, Integrity Express Logistics (IEL) is hyper-focused on their customer’s needs. IEL has experienced significant growth, doubling their volume over the last two years. When freight brokers achieve over $1B in revenue like IEL has, scalability becomes a priority. IEL knew they were inefficient before TriumphPay. They were still cutting paper checks and fielding numerous questions from carriers. They knew there was a better way. With efficiency and capacity as a primary targets, IEL was looking for a technology that would attract new capacity and keep their employees concentrated on customer relationships and booking freight.
