TriumphPay traveled to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida, from October 1st to the 4th for the 2023 CSCMP Edge Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition. The event lasted three days and was attended by over 27,000 supply chain professionals. CSCMP Edge hosted over 100 sessions dedicated to the future of supply chain advancement and intelligence.
On Monday, October 2nd, Trax Technologies hosted an “Ask the Experts” panel led by Trax EVP Steve Beda. EVP, Chief Partnership Officer Josh Bouk, and Chief Strategy Officer Garrett Wolfe joined the panel discussion. The session, Using Data & Analytics to Improve Carrier Relationships, uncovered the complexities of fraud in transportation, payment optionalities to increase carrier satisfaction, and how to reduce carbon emissions driven by the impact of transport decisions. These topics have fundamental impacts on the supply chain.
